Define
There's so much more going on in the world of entertainment beyond what you see on the TV. What to watch and what not to watch; how do you keep up on the latest shows. How do you know what shows your friends are watching?
We struggled with this for a while because there's just a lot that can be done with TV right now. Our definition went something like: "The Awesomization of Television".
Research
Since we didn't know if we were going to do this project Bryan started some of the research on his own to see if there was interest and excitement around the ideas.
Bryan posted a couple surveys on his blog [3] [4] [5] [6] [7], then sharing the results in the open and back to the group [8]. There was lots of interest in television and people are extremely passionate about it.

Ideate
Ideate is the current phase in this activity's design process
With lots of research behind us (and still continuing) we tried our hands at a little brainstorming to come up with some ideas to solve the problems we've noticed or encountered with televsion. Our results from the TV brainstorm were then posted for others to see and hopefully build on.
